I'm not going to order from Rightstuf anymore, even if they do have the best prices. They've screwed Rachan and I over one too many times.

Did you try contacting Shawne to get it fixed? I've never had a problem he hasn't solved for me - he tries to provide the best customer service around, and has suceeded for even uber-picky me for over two years.

Send an email to shawnek@rightstuf.com with a description of the problem, and it will be fixed.

The fact is is that the problems occur in the first place. I'm tired of having to go fix Rightstuf's mistakes.

I don't know what the mistakes are, but mistakes happen everywhere. Everything that's been messed up in my 140+ orders has been fixed, which is more than I can say for any other retailer out there. Ah well. I have the second season of Slayers for $35, so I'm happy. ^_^
