Did you try contacting Shawne to get it fixed? I've never had a problem he hasn't solved for me - he tries to provide the best customer service around, and has suceeded for even uber-picky me for over two years.

I don't know what the mistakes are, but mistakes happen everywhere. Everything that's been messed up in my 140+ orders has been fixed, which is more than I can say for any other retailer out there. Ah well. I have the second season of Slayers for $35, so I'm happy. ^_^
