I guess I can't say he's all bad now. *rubs hands together in anticipation*
[EDIT] Proving that all good must be balanced by bad, it looks very likely that I will be spending this weekend babysitting a hole in the ground. Que sera, sera. The unpleasant news associated with this is that they also want to excavate over Easter Weekend, and I have plans. It looks like one of my contractors will be available that Sunday, so it may not be as bad as it could be.
