Who the hell knows what the RIAA's justifications are now? Their logic is not our Earth-Logic. I plan to continue ripping my CDs guilt-free and listening to them on my iPod, because I see no moral or ethical issues whatsoever in there. And, with no moral or ethical issues, why should there be legal ones? Other than the crackheads who want to charge us each time we listen to a given song.
