No wonder I always seem to get lightning-fast service when I call my insurance company! And I thought it had something to do with all those times I threatened to report them to the Virginia Bureau of Insurance...

At last! A practical use for all that anger!

Heh . . . leads me to think that maybe I should just start shouting "fuck" if I'm left on hold . . .

. . . er, starting to years from now, I guess. But I guess I shouldn't, since there are people more frustrated than me . . .

. . . but it would be fun to just shout "fuck" into a telephone no one's listening to and actually be able to give a reason.
