In other news, Erik's new workout routine seems to be going better than mine. Probably because he's male, and has that whole testosterone advantage...since I managed to knock my legs out of commission by doing 40 minutes of squats yesterday (I was reading, got distracted, finally noticed that my legs were about to give out), it looks like it's all arm weights, all day. Yick. I hate arm weights. But my arms really need the work.
That way, I'll be prepared when the zombies come.
