Hey, I finally got approval for some training! June 7-8, in...Las Vegas. Which means I get to visit with my family out there, and check out some Cirque du Soleil shows. I need to see O, and Ka, and possibly Zumanity as well. Is Varekai playing out there, or is that one a travelling show? And Franco Dragone's new circus, too.
And...the Ethel M factory. Mmmmm, mint coins....
Wait, training? Pfft.
Maybe I can make a week of it (Monday to Friday), and bring Erik with me. I'd have to pay for one night at the hotel out of pocket, and all entertainment expenses, but that's not a problem.

[EDIT] Hahaha...that's the same week as Erik's marial arts summer camp that he's been trying to go to for three years now. And there's no way to manage both. So he has to decide, Vegas or Martial Arts Summer Camp, and I can't seem to convince him that this is hardly his only chance, this year even, to go to Vegas. Especially with Aunt Toni coming to visit us next month - she'll force us to come visit at some point soon. Small, but fierce. All of 4'10". And her husband Greg is built like an industrial refrigerator - ex-college linebacker. It still amuses me.
