The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

I'm still feeling a bit bruised. Threw everything from my class away on Saturday, then went to the dump. Yay for irreversible decisions! Erik and I spent the day away on Saturday, came home, made a pitcher of margaritas, and watched the latest discs of FMP and Witch Hunter Robin. I am left rather...baffled as to why the ending of the first season of FMP is so universally reviled. Really, really baffled - it wasn't a great ending, but it entertained me.

Yesterday wasn't so hot - finished up Utena with Erik, watched Indiana Jones, and then Erik got sick. Really sick. Can't hold down food or get out of bed sick which, on top of the thing that had him in the emergency room last week, has me a bit...stressed. That seems to be this week's theme.

My branch head is wonderful, though, and is going to try to do what he can to make my class-dropping less painful. Did I mention he's great?

K, if you're free this weekend I'll take you up on that offer. I do need a break, or three.

...that I want wallpapers involving my current icon? Still can't find any really good PGSM wallpapers, though.

And speaking of which, I'll resume posting those tonight. Requests open!

AURGHHH!!!!!! True story:

Phone rings. Some guy on base is getting Viagra spam from another base email address. C takes the lead, calls our network security guy. Actual quote: "We need help, user X is getting hacked."

AAAAAAAUUURRRRRGHHHHH!!!!!!!

Spam != being "hacked." There's a little thing called "address spoofing" that, y'know, most spammers use.
