This originally started out as a comment, but I'm going to give it it's own entry, because I'm now all bitter and angry.
C-kun sez: Careful. The *stabstabstab* at the top could be interpretted as a terrorist threat.
*much exaggerated and violent rolling of eyes*
I await the day when every fiction writer on the planet (or, at least, those within the reach of US authorities) is jailed for acts of terrorism. I anticipate that Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and especially that reactionary John Adams (Heavens! What about Patrick Henry and his "give me liberty or give me death"?! Clearly, the man is a rebel insurgent) will be exhumed and put on trial for acts of anti-American terrorism.
What the hell is wrong with us, collectively, as a people? Is this what we've come to? To hell with moving to Canada, this type of thing makes me ashamed to be a human being. Badly ashamed.
[EDIT] Now with 110% more quoting!
"My story is based on fiction," said Poole, who faces a second-degree felony terrorist threatening charge. "It's a fake story. I made it up. I've been working on one of my short stories, (and) the short story they found was about zombies. Yes, it did say a high school. It was about a high school over ran by zombies."
Even so, police say the nature of the story makes it a felony. "Anytime you make any threat or possess matter involving a school or function it's a felony in the state of Kentucky," said Winchester Police detective Steven Caudill.
Truth, my friends, is stranger than fiction. I guess this makes all of Buffy's actors and writers terrorists, too.

Nice one, Dani.
Naaah. if worst comes to worst, people will start blaming poor God again, and He'll look up from whatever it is that's occupying Him and go "...huh?"
Or otherwise blame it on 'The fan of Man' Satan.

I don't think it went through, but I'm surprised with how scared people are anymore that more places aren't trying that. >.>

Now there's a First Amendment case waiting to happen.

Now those of us who own guns are considered psychopaths.
We need to pull our panties up, remember that we're a nation of pioneers and cowboys, toss about half the legal system out the window, and get on with life.

Now that other question would be, what kind of grade would he have gotten on it?
The stupidity of america makes me sick.
