Fact: It has been recently noted that bootleg supply of PGSM DVDs seems to have mostly dried up on eBay
Fact: There are lots of bootlegs of licensed anime series on eBay
Fact: eBay tends to not do much about these bootleg DVDs
Fact: eBay, in fact, can't really do much about bootleg DVDs unless the copyright holder complains
Fact: Japanese companies don't tend to enforce their copyrights on eBay
Fact: It is commonly accepted that only one R1 licensor heavily enforces their copyrights when it comes to bootleg DVDs on eBay
Fact: This company is ADV

Wild-ass speculation: ADV is going to announce the license to PGSM some time this con season.

This would be both very good news, and VERY VERY EXTREMELY FUCKING HORRIBLE NEWS!!!! I cannot afford to buy PGSM DVDs. If TV-Nihon stops fansubbing, I'm DEAD. *tries not to cry*
