Silly hats have been purchased - not only a kitteh one from the site doktor_x linked to, but also the green apple hat, the raspberry hat, and the monkey hat.

Under Serious Consideration (read: I want them, just can't justify spending more on Silly Hats right now) are the little monster hat, the cupcake hat, and the puppeh hat (which would match about eleventybillion of the outfits that currently fit him). One of these in sage and aqua would be nice. And I adore this, but not so much the price. Thus and thus are also made of win. This wins the doubleplus amusing award.

(This entry brought to you by the fact that Graydon needs more hats. Two non-hospital hats that fit just don't cut it, especially with the way we misplace them. And they're all blue. Just blue. Which is a lovely color and all, but it gets old after a while. And I might as well inflict silleh on him while I can. Because...why not?)
