The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

Pink Think: Becoming a Woman in Many Uneasy Lessons by Lynn Peril is one of the funniest books I've read in a long, long time. Most of you gals out there (and probably some of you guys) should pick it up if you get the chance.

It has inspired me to revitalize a sadly obsolete phrase, namely "flinging the woo," AKA "love play," or the more modern "messing around." I shall endeavour to use it more in my daily life, and encourage you all do to the same.

Still nothing from the Air Force guys, which is making me Absurdly Nervous. I did, however, spend entirely too much time cleaning my house today, including four hours on the carpet in my front room. Four hours. And it's still covered in dog hair, but not nearly as much as it was before. >.< I shan't mention the rest of the house, which got only a cursory floor-cleaning. But it's at least to the point where I'm not likely to die of embarassment if someone comes over (unlike, say, a few weeks ago when Mel dropped by), which is good, because Erik's uncle is apparently on his way over. Yay?

However, it will cut into my woo-flinging time. ^_^
