The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

Dear Critics: Now really, can't you find something better to complain about? I mean, really. How dare a for-profit corporation give away free things to promote reading! Blasphemy! Break out the pitchforks, it's time to storm the castle!

I could go on all day about this, but I won't, because I need to take more painkillers now, and then hobble on downstairs and through the winding maze that is my building, because of Boss!Lady's anal-retentive behavior. See, we have this thing, we'll call it a device. We actually have two of them, one daily, and one for month/year. We also have log sheets to record what we do with said devices. I had the nerve, the nerve to record a month/year action...on the month/year log sheet, rather than somewhere else entirely. The horrors!

Also, Useless keeps falling asleep at her desk and snoring. It's making what little motivation I have left dry up and vanish.

I think, as my next sewing project, I am going to try to make myself a replica of this, because it is the cutest thing ever.

[EDIT] I'm going to add in some random anime bitching. Let's take, say, Baki the Grappler. I was going to try to watch the whole series, but the blatantly wrong things they keep throwing around about the human body really, really bugged me. So, Baki wants to be stronger. Baki goes to the mountain to train. Baki has to throw himself off a cliff to reach the near-death experience he needs, so he can tap into his...endorphins. Endorphins. Let me say it again - he needs to almost die, so he can get an endorphin rush. Complete with glittery brain graphics to emphasize the fact that endorphins are being released.

It burned, it really did.

Then, we have Trinity Blood, ( I'm cutting this just in case, but there shouldn't be any spoilers here )
