I had a dream last night that I opened a club called the Gentleman Scholar's Wilderness Adventure Society. Clearly, this represents my deep-seated need to have more top hats in my life.

Happily, I actually got Emilie Autumn's new Liar and Dead is the New Alive EP yesterday - as opposed to the Opheliac EP, which I ordered last January for a March release that ended up not coming out until June...and I didn't get my copy until late July. >.< It pretty much rocks - I'm not sure which of the Liar remixes I like best, but all make me want to dance, which is always good.

The best track was Unlaced, the preview for her upcoming Laced/Unlaced all-violin album. That's the way a violin should be played shredded. Awesome. I think there's still a preview version of that track that you can download (free! Legal!) here.
