If you don't send me at least three movies today, we're going to be scrappin'. I'm just saying...the fact that there were two federal holidays between last Wednesday's mail pickup and today does not excuse you for not recieving my five discs that should have all arrived last Thursday. Or Friday. Or Saturday, for processing on Tuesday. Or yesterday.
Admitting that you've only recieved one of them today isn't going to placate me, when I know that I sent in two discs in one envelope, and three in the other.
I'll save my other issues for another time.
