Yea, so - POPcrackPOUF is not what I want to hear from my computer first thing in the morning. Especially when that's followed by smoke. Lots of smoke. My computer no longer has magic smoke.

Near as I can tell, my power supply went, and decided to take my motherboard and processor with it. Pardon me while I go stab something. So - I'm going to be pretty much completely without internet access until after New Year's.

Unless one of you bright things has a suggestion of a place I can go that'll get me parts by Christmas Eve. But I don't see that happening.

[EDIT] So - motherboards don't do AGP anymore? So I need a new video card, too. Beacuse, you know, I can afford this in a month where Erik is averaging 18 hours a week.

Any of you smart folks have suggestions on processor/mobo/video card combinations? Ability to handle Elder Scrolls a bonus. It looks like Tigerdirect can guarantee me pre-Christmas delivery if I order today.
