These make me wish I wore earrings. ;_;
Today was suprisingly fun - Erik got up early to go to work, got all the way there, and discovered that apparently nobody else bothered to make it in. Nice. So...he turned around and came back home. I slept way in, which was wonderful (doctor's appointment Monday! Return of the Happidroogs and real sleep! Yay!), then goofed around the house until we finally both got motivated to go in to town. Grabbed lunch, spent Forever at the Verizon store switching our cell phones over and chatting with the wonderful women who work there, bought some candles in a variety of smells (since I seem to have burned all the ones I had before...), picked up food and treats for the dogs, bought a ton of cheap DVDs from Best Buy, some groceries, and finally headed home. It was...entertaining.
Had one guy give me the strangest "WTF!?" look I've ever seen - we were leaving Petsmart, I turned left out of the parking lot, and...he was there. I completely couldn't see him when I started turning, but if he hadn't slammed on the brakes, he would have slammed right into me. Me, being, well...me. Ouch. But he did this fabulous vogue look, with open palms, fingers splayed to each side of his face and a bizzaro monkey expression. Good stuff.
