-Pay off the Mini (YAY!!!)
-Take care of our other outstanding debt
-Put back steps on the house so we don't have the Three Foot Drop Of Doom out of the back door
-Front porch (actually, if we do a front porch we can just put the front steps onto the back)
-Fence in the "pasture"
-Start fencing the exterior of our property
-Buy a lawn tractor and weed eater
-And, mebbe, buy some of my cherry trees and flagstones and moss for my patio. Also a brass firepit for my patio. And maybe a table/chair set for my patio.
Which should put us in a fairly comfortable financial situation, even with Erik's substantial pay cut. And if it turns out that he gets one of his job prospects that has him making more money, then...we can put that towards the house, and into savings, etc.
