Help!

So...is there someone handy out there who can take this, and turn out a userpic that doesn't look all blurry and nasty like this one?

Totally fallen in love with the image, for more reasons than I can recount. Thinking about having it tattooed onto my back.

This post is just an excuse to use the phrase "glorious army of ravenous winged assasins". And also to go please, dear god, do we really need to build a better mosquito, I type, while trying to refrain from chopping my own legs off at the knees to make the itching from the approximately eleventybillion mosquito bites I have there go away.

And no, suggestions of various bug repellants will not be appreciated. I was a freaking camp councellor, I tried everything known to mankind, every possible variant of those, and a bunch of other things that seemed like good ideas after six weeks of a maximum of three hours (not continuous) of sleep a night. Fire played a part in many of those - it's a miracle I don't have burn scars.
