Because that's what Erik's been doing for the past couple of months in his free time - browsing MySpace for dumbasses who live in his jurisdiction who post things like "I like to get high" and enough personally identifying information that he can track them down. You'd be amazed. I don't know if he's been going back to those blogs or not to see the "some bastard cop arrested me" entries or not - I know I would.
And A RANT! I hate sloppy editing. Sloppy editing pisses me off. Take, for example, two different examples I stumbled on yesterday while reading my newest stack of manga. Swan #6 - at one point, roles are being handed out to two different classes. One person in each class gets one role. The remaining students in the first class play Rusalkas, a name anyone even slightly familiar with Russian folklore will recognize. The second class? After going through the exact same list of roles, the remaining students play...Lusakas. What, if I may ask, in the flying fuck, is a Lusaka!?! You got it right one page before, you couldn't get it right on the facing page!? You don't even need to turn the page to get to the second usage! Grrrr...
Example #2 comes courtesy of Del Rey, a company from which I expect better. Nodame Cantibile #3 - the symphony group is playing Beethoven's Symphony #3. They get it right in the actual text, calling it "Eroica." On the posters, however, it magically becomes Beethoven's Erotica symphony. *twitch* Twice.
