Guess what Dani forgot to do this past weekend? If you guessed "taxes," you would be correct.

My head persists in making strange noises that do not involve my throat in any way, shape, or form. This is Very Disturbing. Still waiting to hear back from several people about several things, and I feel like I'm on pause until that happens.

This amuses me. A lot. The cult grows, and most of them don't even know that they're a part of a cult. I tried this same search about six months ago, and there weren't nearly as many hits on the phrase.

Mantra for this week:

Do not confuse opposition with malice, or stupidity. Everyone acts from reasons they feel are valid, and it is impossible to understand those actions without a true understanding of the motive behind them. Avoid action without understanding.

It's good to know that there's a company looking out for those of us who absolutely, positively can't wait to get back to the lodge after a hard day of skiing for a nice cold one. Thanks, Cold Pole!

Also Gmail, for popping up with the most utterly bizzare ad completely unrelated in every way, shape, and form to the actual content of the email message it was attached to. That's a logic chain I want to see...
