I was running around frantically this morning, trying to make sure I had everything I needed. Clothes, check. Garb, check. Tea, check. Corset for Stacey to try, check. Actual shoes, check (no, not even I am crazy enough to brave a New Jersy snow storm in sandals). I was feeling pretty confident that I had everything.
Then I left, got twenty miles from my house, and realized that I had, in fact, forgotten something - my coat, scarf, and gloves. Errr...at least my feet will be warm!
I have the tea sign-up sheet, a bajillion copies of the menu with prices (just in case), the schedule (complete with too many blanks that I can hopefully fill in later), the list of people who have preordered food, and what they preordered, and a couple of pens (that work). It's time to go to another tech conference - my pen cup is running low. I still would like to track down some index cards, tape, two clip boards. I need a power strip. Other than that....I think we're good.
Aieee, tomorrow. >.<
By tomorrow I will be too tired to have fun. Or possibly giddy with the feeling that there's nothing else I can do to prepare. I shall, perhaps, have
fangs made. Why? Because it seems like a good idea at this point in time, I don't know.
