The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

For cutelildrow, the Beef and Guinness Puff Pastry Pie. This is so going to be dinner tonight. With some variation - I'm going to put it in an actual pie shell rather than a plain baking dish, because I want some freaking meat pie.

I'm thinking about making a hojillion little pies of various sorts and freezing them - anyone have any suggestions for individual servings? I'm thinking of making them in a cupcake pan, but I'm not sure how this would change the baking times. And pastry really isn't one of my skills. Gives me something to work towards, I suppose.

So hungry now...I can't justify lunch for another hour, at least.
