Hoi. Jeebus.

I am struggling today. Things like staying upright are hard, to say nothing of more complicated things like complex sentance structures of more than three words that have to be vocalized. Actually, vocalizing anything beyond "uh" is a challenge. And I won't even mention how long it took me to write this, because I'm easy enough to taunt right now.

Oh, and Dear Wawa:

Ahem. )

That is all. Other than to mention that a certain Creepy (yet l33t ^_~) Anonymous-type has ensured that my tea will be equally l33t, and I won a Pendragon bodice for Way Cheap off eBay, so that rocked. It's an extra-small, so I'll need to order new side pieces for it in probably medium, but that won't be too big a deal.

Only...seven more hours of work to go. I'll make it. Really. Maybe. I think.

[EDIT] Oy. This, courtesy of Jerepups, is creepy and disturbing.

The "Hey Santa" song needs to die a painful, meaningless death. It annoys me so bad...and Buck is playing it on loop. *STAB* I like Christmas songs in principle, but...not this one.

I apparently missed some juicy Fu-Master drama. Our office is currently set up thus - imagine an L, about twenty yards on the short leg, twice that on the long leg. Fu-Master's office is at the outside tip of the short leg, with New!Boss Lady's office right next to his. At the bend of the L is the room I share with Buck and Boss Man, along with one other person who is never here.

Last week, Fu-Master and New!Boss Lady apparently did what they do best - got into a screaming fit. Literally. With each other. Apparently the racket got so bad that a woman who's office is at the tip of the long leg of the L heard it, and thought that Fu-Master was having a heart attack, and came running to help.

I'm so glad that he's not a mere ten feet away from me any more. "Inside voice" is a foreign concept to him, and both he and New!Boss Lady are the type who seem to think He Who Shouts The Loudest is Right.

I...can't stop. I just keep hitting the refresh button, over and over and over...

-Captain Harlock is like Maison Ikkoku on placebos!
-Hellsing is like Kaitou Jeanne on Girl Scout cookies!
-Super Milk-Chan is like Junkers Come Here on extra-thick coffee frappes!
-Hellsing is like Fancy Lala on heroin!
-Porco Rosso is like Bubblegum Crisis on grapefruit juice and horse tranquilizers!
-Hand Maid May is like Hello Kitty on guacamole!
-Cyborg 009 is like Vandread on spam!
-Minky Momo is like Tiger Mask on Tartar Control Crest! (Anyone? Anyone? Other than Leo and Jarred, anyway...)
-Angel Sanctuary is like Sakura Wars on crystal meth!
-Magical Snow Fairy Sugar is like Shinesman on baby aspirin!
-Hajime no Ippo is like Sailor Moon on spam!
-Excel Saga is like Fake on Nitrous oxide!
-Gravitation is like Dirty Pair on Claritin!

This is all my fault, too. Someone complained that anime fans have an obsessive need to compare one show to another. I introduced my handy formula: "X is like Y, but not!" using Evangelion and Kokoro Library as my variables. This site...was the counter. I am defeated. Mostly with side-splitting laughter, which is probably a bad idea, since I need to at least pretend to be working.

[EDIT] This page, courtesy of [livejournal.com profile] cryduchat, promises to provide an infinite source of potentially NSFW amusement. It's like Russian Roulette, but not!

[EDIT2] ... That is all.

...She's a tortured goth schoolgirl on her way to prison for a murder she didn't commit.

They fight crime!

It's...like crack. *refreshes again...and again...and again...*

But I could weep. Hamlet: The Text Adventure, is gone. If anyone knows of an alternate source or, ideally, the source so I can play it locally, I would bless your name to the heavens themselves, for I have not yet completed the game. I did find a few other Hamlet/Shakespeare text adventures for the curious, but I haven't actually tried any of them out yet.
