The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

My DVD burner has died. I must come to terms with this fact. Nothing but laser focus and power calibration errors. I know why it died, too - Erik tried to burn a disc. He has a strange power that causes computers to die in spectacular ways, software to crash in unlikely fashions, spawning hordes of hard to diagnose problems that crop up weeks later, and a strange talent for corrupting data. It's a gift, really. The DVD burner was fine until he tried to use it, then....dead.

Honey and Clover, however, rocks so hard. I love it. It will console me in the absence of a functional burner. Also, Otogi Zoshi is pretty damn neat - not on the level of other "hidden gems" like Yucie and Shingu, but it's still pretty fun. I two discs of that and one of Hakugei to watch today, and some reading to do, and general goofing off before going back to work for one last week before the base shuts down for the holiday. Should be fun.
