What sorts of food and drink would you like to see at an indoor winter festival/faire? I've got some ideas, but anything sounds good when you're this sleep deprived, so other opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone really need further proof that the patent system, in its current iteration, is hopelessly broken?
