Dear friends and family:
What is it about computers that makes otherwise perfectly sane and intelligent people do phenominally stupid things? Like, say, going to a random web page and entering your name, address, and driver's license number. And then telling all your friends to do the same. DON'T DO IT! IT'S DUMB! IF YOU'RE GOING TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS, DON'T INCLUDE ME ON THE FORWARD LIST! Trust me, I'm much happier not knowing you're merrily giving out all your personal data to phishers.
No, really - don't tell me. Ignorance is bliss, and all that. If you tell me, I'm just going to tell everyone you forwarded along with me that this is a Really Bad Idea, and I'm probably not going to be tactful about it. I'm really not good at that whole tact thing.
Other than that, today wasn't too bad. I have a new tire, and a slightly bent rim that's now adorning one of my back wheels. My alignment is almost perfect, and they replaced my headlight free of charge. I forgot to have them do my windshield wipers, but I'll be due for an inspection next month - also free of charge, assuming I don't drive 6000 miles between now and then. I read another book from start to finish, and I have the second disc of *shudder* That Evil Show to watch.
Having to work this weekend is going to suck. ;_;
