The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

Me = dead. Fun day yesterday with my Karin, who may or may not be stationed to Baltimore after she finished up a few little things like research in Nepal, fourth year of vet school, boards, and bootcamp. So...dead.

Dear Group-of-people-who-I-shall-not-name:

If you're going to change the date and time for a staff meeting, it might be polite to tell the people involved that you've done so. Maybe I'm out on a limb here, but...it would be nice. Sometimes? Maybe?

I need to upgrade my Cluestick.

(Translation: Oh dear. I just finished Shadowmarch. The ending was just as agonizingly unfinished as I remember, if not moreso. And, for reasons I cannot determine, the second book has no scheduled release yet. I think I must go peruse the Quiller's Mint, and see if I can determine what the holdup is. Oh dear.)

Um. I just consumed almost half of Across the Nightingale Floor in a little over half an hour. That's impressive even for me. It's the sort of story that sucks you in - I suspect I'm going to finish it tonight, and probably at least one of the sequels tomorrow.

Also, I hurt. All over. Not quite sure why, and I don't like it much. Perhaps some more tea will make it all better. Probably not, but it's worth a shot. A girl can't have too much tea, especially when it's as good as this. My favorite flavors among the samples I purchased are running tragically low, though. ;_;
