Wow, A Bed of Earth left me feeling a bit depressed. I'm not sure why, but...ug. I don't think I'll be reading Venus Preserved next, I need something not Tanith Lee. Which is a shame, because I seem to have a whole lot of Tanith Lee on my to-read shelf.
I don't know what I want to read, though. Something not requiring huge amounts of concentration, since I can't seem to stop feeling all light-headed and icky. Again. Erik stole my immune system to supplement his own. He does not deny this accusation, which is the only explanation that fits the facts. What's worse is that he passed on his secret technique to Thomas, who proceeded to steal Stacey's immune system as well. Bastards - why are husbands so cruel?
Maybe I'll go read Beowulf for the fifteen thousandth time this weekend. I don't know why I've developed a new obsession with it, maybe I need to go read some of the Icelandic Sagas.
Oh - and good luck to Kiggy with that application. You realize that if you get it I'm going to be forced to take shameless advantage of you to get all my boxes signed. ^_^
