This is just fucking typical. I was asked to come in late, because there was some stuff that needed doing after 9PM. No problem. So I putzed around the house all morning and then finally wandered in to work. Where Fu-Master informed me that the stuff that needed doing tonight didn't actually need doing.

When I asked why, exactly, they didn't bother to do something like, oh, I don't know...call me!!!, he informed me that they had. ( Insert Punch-Line Here )

In case anyone was wondering, this is my Mecca, where I make my pilmagrages to. Words cannot describe the joy and wonder of walking into a Bookmans - and Tucson has four of them! Wal-Mart sized! Packed full, yet organized by genre and author! With rare and OOP gems hidden around every corner!

I really, really need to remember to bring an empty suitcase with me the next time I go out there. Which needs to be soon, but the budget ain't allowing for it right now.
