Erik has decided that our kitten is not, in fact, a cat at all. Instead he's decided that she's a very small and angry orange badger. I contend that Gracie O'Malley is instead extrordinarily well-named, and our house is only the first step in her widespread plan of pillage and plunder.

Interesting - it appears that the Sekai novels are in the process of being licensed (nope, not naming source, smart and especially observant folks will be able to figure this one out on their own). I'd guess Tokyopop, and I'm going to guess that we're not going to see an announcement until sometime in the middle of con season '06, if only because they have so many other novel series that they haven't scheduled yet.

I'm still willing to trade kidneys for the Twelve Kingdoms novels in English. Potentially a spleen for the Mirage of Blaze novels. If anyone can offer conclusive proof that my continued purchase of the painfully florid Vampire Hunter D novels would in any way contribute to either of these titles, I might be convinced to pick up the third one once that comes out. Maybe. I still have "redcap variety of pooka" shaped scars.

I need more Taiki. Now.

[EDIT] Ooooo...kay... So for two different titles we have an author, a page count, a release date, and an ISBN, but...no title? What the hell kind of sense does that make?
