The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

I'm still sick, and damn is it pissing me off! I don't take well to being less than perfectly well, and when it goes on for almost a week like, say, now...it's not pretty. Erik's on his way home for the first time since Thursday (or was it Wednesday?), so he is under orders to A) Take care of the demonic monsters that masquerade as a cutecute kitten and dog, B) Feed and pamper the hell out of me so I either get better or feel better about not getting better, and C) Finish cleaning the damn house finally.

In the meantime, I read Sexy Voice and Robo, which was fabulous. I can't seem to manage any of the actual novels I'm reading right now, because hardcovers and trades are a little too heavy to manage right now, as pitiful as that sounds. Right now Gracie the kitten could beat me up along with the dog.

I'm rather bitter about that, too - I can't sleep, I don't feel like watching anything on TV, I'm fresh out of manga, and I want to read a damn book, but can't hold the stupid things. *snarl*
