Now that that's out of the way, me hearties, let me draw special attention to the fact that I have discovered the peak, the very paragon, of culinary brilliance. The Dynamic Duo took us to dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant last night where I discovered this gem.
Curried sweet potato.
Divinity incarnate. Beef curry with sweet potato. It was brilliant. More on the rest of my fun++ weekend...later. I think I need to nap for the third time today. Yes, the weekend was that good.
