The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

Today wasn't too bad - Erik took me to Panera, where "took" = "made me drive." Evil! He bought lunch, though, and bought me the first volumes of Eyeshield 21 and Kamichama Karin. Yay! He's not all bad. ^_^ The we came home, goofed off, and I watched seven episodes of Wedding Peach, which way surpassed my magical-girl-cheese threshold. Remind me not to watch more than five episodes at a time. To recover, I cleaned the living room and vaccumed the house - which is good, because my parents are possibly coming to stay the night tomorrow. Can't have a dirty house for them!

Erik gets to clean the kitchen (still...not done...I apparently need to have people come and visit to get him to actually clean) and the guest bathroom. Should be fun. He's mowing the yard now, all fifty billion acres of it (Ok - three or so that actually get mowed at the moment), so he doesn't get testosterone demerits from my stepfather.

All in all a satisfactory day, even if it did start out with the cat stealing my pillow. Don't ask me how that worked.

I also have a new threat to get Erik to watch the Netflix discs from our shared queue in something less than a month - "If we don't watch this quickly, we won't be able to get the next disc of Ippo." Dani for the win!
