The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

Because I don't have enough books to read, and because kethylia is evil, I joined the Science Fiction Book Club last night. "Exlcusive omnibus" is just another way of saying "Dani Crack." I'm even pondering replacing some of my paperback trilogies with omnibus versions. They're just so nice!

So, I currently have The Earthsea Trilogy, The Time Quartet (both of which I used to own, but apparently don't anymore), Witch World: Swords & Spells, The Elric Saga Part I, A Fine And Private Place/The Last Unicorn, and The Garrett Files coming to me. I now need to track down the first three Black Company omnibusses and the first Secret Books of Venus omnibus as well.

My morning computer time is now Manifestly More Difficult with a small kitten constantly attempting to walk on the keyboard and attack my LCD monitor with Claws of Doom. Gracie O'Malley is living up to her name. Also, she has a supreme talent for traumatizing the dog (not that it's all that hard to do, all things considered). Erik is goofy over her, which amuses me because of all the years of "I hate cats, we're never going to get a cat!"
