The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

Alpacas are quite possibly the cutest animal in existance. Like llamas, but...cute. With gigantic eyes, and the most adorable range of noises. I must have some! I have standing invitations now to no fewer than four local alpaca farms, to see how they're set up, what kind of work goes into taking care of them, and I'll probably end up being able to buy animals from them as well.

Have I mentioned they're the cutest things ever? Yea.

So - alpacas, bees, and booze. At least two of the three should be ready by next summer. Still waiting to hear back from the agricultural planning board to find out how to qualify for farm status, and I need to convince Erik that we don't need a $30K truck. Or a $20K truck, for that matter.
