The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

I had a bizzare dream last night, and I really wish I could remember all the details.

Ah, and now I get to listen to Fu-Master and Buck complain about women who wear veils, and how they should leave the US. Charming. "I think we're allowing too much," sez Buck, who apparently isn't bothered by the fact that we no longer have much in the way of constitutionally protected civil liberties.

*whimpers*

Weak...I am so weak...

Melinda? Mine. Chalion? Mine. The other Gaiman books? Probably mine. Prachett? I'm considering it. Good Omens? So mine.

Like I don't spend enough on books as it is...

Let it be henceforth known that I think one of the stupidest conceits of science fiction and fantasy fandom is calling non-fans "mundanes." Hearing a self-proclaimed anime expert (read: pompuous ass) use that same term to refer to non-anime fans makes me want to go out and slaughter thousands.

Gah!

(Fridays before three day weekends in government facilities are deadly, deadly dull. I don't think there are a dozen people total in the building. I'm just...counting down the seconds until I can leave.)
