I'm going to buy some tartan this year, but I can't decide which. I don't have a clan that I can track (too many lost records and adoptions in the family!), and the Mary Washington tartan has been almost impossible to track down. I'm considering a few tartans that I'm pretty sure are universal - the Great Scot tartan (which I know is universal), the Romantic Scotland tartan, the Scottish Heather tartan, and the Bute Heather tartan, which I can't find on this site. Bah.
Which would you pick, if you had the option?
If I had a few hundred spare dollars I wanted to spend on Thomas, I'd buy him enough of the Baird tartan for a greatkilt. But I don't like him that much. Stacey can go buy it once she makes her new foundation (yes, she found a real job! In her field!) take over the world. The fact that the entire foundation has only $600 right now is just a minor detail.

Hell has, in fact, frozen over. Instead of a lame forward I've already recieved, I got an actual, honest-to-god composed email message from him. I replied (at length, actually), since I had deecided to do so if he ever bothered to write me a real message. We'll see how things go.
And last but not least, I have somehow (and really, I don't know how, it just showed up) ended up with a second copy of CLAMPAZAR. If anyone's considering picking it up, talk to me first.
