The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

Oh. My. God. The NMCI, it sucks. Badly. I can't do work, and I can't do anything to distract myself from the fact that I can't do work either. I can (oddly enough, since I don't have admin rights) install Firefox, and run it, but not reach the internet with it. I can't access the AOD forums. I can't use tabs. I'm not getting my email. When I try to send email, it locks up my system. I can't send email to half the people I need to, because Outlook isn't recognizing their email addresses as something it can send email to.

Largo was on to something, what with the EDS and the 3v1L and all that...

It's good (or something...) to know that I'm getting paid to ensure that nobody in this building is able to get any work done.

[EDIT] GAH!!! THE CLOCK IS IN MILITARY TIME, AND I CAN'T CHANGE IT!!! AND WINDOWS KEEPS "FINDING NEW HARDWARE" EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CONNECTED THE WHOLE TIME AND THEN GIVING ME ERRORS BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE SUFFICIENT PERMISSIONS TO INSTALL THE NECESSARY SOFTWARE!!! AND THE EDS GUYS DIDN'T INSTALL MY PDA, EVEN THOUGH MY $!^#@!$3 PDA SOFTWARE WAS ON THE LIST OF THINGS THEY HAD TO INSTALL!!!

The FMA dub gets my stamp of approval thus far, although I'm a little leery about Gluttony. He's one performance where I don't think I'll be able to separate the character from the Japanese performance, because it felt so delightfully wrong. Erik, thus far, seems not bored by the show. He was a good boy and sat down on the couch with me as soon as he got up so we could watch it. Not that I hadn't already watched the episode...twice...

But now I'm left with a conundrum. Who is cuter, Al or...Al? (I'm almost caught up on my Last Exile discs - I'll watch disc 6 if I get to go home tonight)

And whoever gifted me with a year of paid membership, I shower you with much luv. That was very cool, very unexpected, and very welcome, as it's been a rough couple of weeks. I now must decide on new avatars, as I'm getting a bit bored with some of my current ones.

Tomorrow morning is going to be scary.
