I couldn't resist the icon, though.

I had an extremely strange dream last night - I was a scientist, doing some sort of research on fish. At some point, these fish became able to talk. I did something to piss somebody off (shocking, I know...), and ended up on the run - using fake names, disguises, being chased on foot, by car, etc. It was very strange. Then I found out that it was the talking fish that had it in for me, and I woke up.

Deer Season starts soon. I'm almost happy about this, as deer are nothing more than gigantic lethal car-destroying vermin. I almost hit one this morning. I think my finger marks are now permanently embedded into my steering wheel - it was a foot from my driver's window when I passed it. Hatehatehate.

I would so buy one of these. At that price, I could even afford to have one for the commute and keep the Mini for fun. They're goofy looking, but so much better than the Hummers I see all over the place here. Gas is at over $2 a gallon (quite high for us, for you non-Americans in the peanut gallery ^_^), which makes driving a car that gets eight miles to the gallon almost incomprehensible to me.

And my sister's having a boy. She should be excited, since that's what she wanted.
