Panic time. We were the first to get our bid in, but three other bids came in right behind us (after this place was on the market for almost a month with nothing - figures...), including one that was full price, cash on the spot. Ouch. Must run out to get contract ratified before the deadline so this thing doesn't sell out from under us.
