Mweh - fairly high on my list of Things I Don't Want To Be Doing On My Birthday is overseeing a major network change and a new PDS connection. (May 24, in case anyone's interested) It's my first new PDS connection since I've taken over, and I haven't the foggiest how to go about getting this accomplished.

Work sucks.

It looks like in addition to whatever we have to get together for downpayment/closing costs, it's going to cost us around $10,000 cash in repairs and whatnot before we can actually move into this house. Septic system, bathroom, drywall, flooring, etc. I need to find out how much it costs to rent a small trailer we can put on the property to live in for the meantime. Not impossible, merely difficult.

Erik was much more enthusiastic about this house after I mentioned the fact that not only would we have an insanely low mortgage, but by the time we can actually move in the value of the property would be at least double what we paid. Investment++

At least I'm being entertained. He was also talking about getting "Triple-X Fencing" to put up a fence at his house, and how he was "a penny short" getting involved in a new project.

I just can't make this stuff up.

Funi announced Fullmetal Alchemist at E3, of all places. It'll have a TV run, and the first disc is due out in January. Bow to my l33t licencing-guessing skillz!

Hmmm...they've already said they have an Acen announcement, and another one at $insert_con_name_Dani_forgot_here in a few weeks. Is One Piece, Naruto, or Prince of Tennis next?
