The Zoo over Ambuscade Street

You know that sinking feeling you get when you know there's a cliff in front of you, you can see it, and there's not a damn thing you can do to keep from falling off?

That's how today feels.

I have a very, very nasty feeling that I'm going to be here until at least midnight because of somebody else's fuckup.

I'm so close to my own not-so-proverbial edge as well that it's not even funny. I'm getting ready to snap. Badly.

Thanks to other people's *%)#&%#)$*@ups, I don't get to leave work until about midnight tonight. It bears mentioning that I got here at 6AM, and don't have lunch.

What's really tragic about this is that I'm ready to cry because Heat Guy J 5 showed up yesterday, and Erik and I were supposed to watch it tonight. Since his shift starts tomorrow, we won't have another chance until this weekend. I'm so lame.
